Cancellation Policy

This £20 will be fully deducted from the final cost of your treatment. Treatment Results: Due to the nature of semi-permanent makeup and aesthetic procedures, results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Therefore, we operate a no refund policy on all completed treatments. Consultation Fees: As stated in our booking terms, consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations: If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within our 48-hour window, your £20 booking fee will be forfeited. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. Deposits A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all treatment slots. This fee is deducted from the final balance of your treatment. Lateness Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, This ensures we do not run late for the next client. Patch Tests A patch test is mandatory for all new clients at least 24 hours prior to treatment. Failure to attend a patch test will result in your treatment being cancelled. Age Restriction You must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup or plasma treatments. ID may be requested.
